BiBO is a nice place to get a great glass of wine.
With sultry candelabra lighting, BiBO is the purview of Dianna Funnell, a lovely woman with refreshingly un-snobby (yet extensive) wine knowledge.
Besides a rotating and extraordinary menu of wines, aperitifs, and digestifs, Dianna serves casual tapas fare, such as locally-produced charcuterie, bacon-wrapped dates, and cheese tostadas.
Join us Tuesday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday 5 p.m. to close, or Saturday 6 p.m. to close.
BiBO can be booked for small, intimate private parties.

From a blog post by Steve Wallace, Toronto jazz bass titan:
“ If you love wine and find yourself in Edmonton, this is the place to go, do not miss it. I don’t normally plug businesses on my blog, that’s not what it’s for. But to me, BiBO is not a business, but an experience, an oasis, a state of mind.” [Read more]
A constantly-rotating and diverse menu of hand-picked whites and reds is scrawled in white chalk above the 10-person bar, along with a selection of sparkling wine, port, dessert wines, and fine single-malt scotch. A menu of unusual tapas (lamb hot dogs, tostadas, cheese and charcuterie boards) are available to perfectly punctuate your quaff of choice. BiBO is right next door to Culina Mill Creek, so if you need a place to pass time before or after a meal, or just to rub elbows with soon-to-be new friends, we welcome you with open hearts and bottles.
